At Brom Africa Tours, we are confident that you have selected one of the best adventure tour companies in Africa, and we are committed to proving it. Our tours have been enjoyed by countless individuals from across the globe. By bringing a positive attitude, an open mind, and proper preparation, you can rest assured that your adventure holiday will be an unforgettable experience.
It’s important to keep in mind that you are in Africa, and therefore, standards and services should not be compared to those of first-world countries. You came here to escape from all that and to experience Africa as it truly is. As such, the unexpected is included in your tour, free of charge!
We aim to provide you with as much information about our tours as possible. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly if you require additional details about any specific aspect of our services.
To ensure that you comply with the visa requirements for your adventure tour, it’s crucial to note that these regulations vary depending on your nationality. We recommend that you contact the relevant embassies or visa service agencies at least four weeks before departing for your trip to reconfirm the visa requirements. Please be aware that visas are the responsibility of the traveler, and Brom Africa Tours cannot be held liable for any denial of entry due to the lack of proper documentation.
All travelers are required to possess a valid onward or return air ticket, or proof of alternative transportation that enables them to depart the country where the adventure tour ends. Alternatively, you must have sufficient funds (such as a credit card) that allow you to purchase an air ticket to exit the country. If the tour involves re-entry into a country, it’s essential to obtain a multiple-entry visa that permits you to return.
It’s essential to note that visa regulations in Africa are subject to change. As such, we recommend that you contact the embassies of the countries you plan to visit during your Brom Africa Tours for updated information. Please note that arranging visas is not our area of expertise, and as a result, we may not always have the latest information on changing regulations.

For your travel convenience, it’s important to ensure that your passport contains enough pages for all required visas and at least two blank pages for each country you plan to visit. We advise that you retrieve your passport from the hotel or backpackers’ safe the night before departure. Additionally, it’s advisable to leave a copy at home or with a trusted friend. You may also consider taking a photo of your passport and its contents and emailing it to yourself. Please note that upon entry to South Africa, at least two clear pages must be available in your passport. Keep this in mind if you plan to fly back from South Africa after completing an adventure tour across multiple African countries.
Please ensure that your passport remains valid for at least six months after your scheduled departure date from Africa.
It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your passport, visas, vaccination certificates, and other travel documents are up-to-date and that you cover all related expenses. We do not recommend using multiple passports to avoid visa payments during your travels, as this may cause complications. For example, when entering Namibia, the immigration official needs to see the South African exit stamp, which must be in the same passport to grant entry.
